Dr Abdur Rahim is a native of India. He was born in the state of Tamil Nadu in 1993. He did his B.A.Hons in English Language & Literatura from the University of Madras , and his M.Phil and Ph.D in Arabic Philology from the world famous al-Azhar University in Cairo in 1967.
